A university graduate and extremely talented up-and-comer in the field of genetics, Julia works for Red Shield under the supervision of Collins; the agency's resident genetics expert. She also serves as a field agent alongside David & Lewis, acting as a medic for injured personnel and as Saya's personal doctor. Julia takes her career very seriously, particularly with regard to her research into the chiroptera. She makes it quite clear that her ambition is to help the world through her pursuit of science. As a direct result of this she seems to spend many a long night smoking and tapping away at her computer.
From very early on in the series she has a strong interest in David and his emotional state. Although upwardly motivated she is sensitive to those around her and generally tries to keep the peace when tensions run high amongst her companions.She realy love David , but he doesn't observe her.At the end of the anime they will be lovers and she will declare that she is pregnand with David's child.
